Swimming Certificate found!

I have found a swimming certificate in an old book! It was given to Ivor Evans on the 27th Sept. 1933. for swimming 10yds! He went to Sirhowy (Sirkowy) Mixed School, and it was given by Monmouthshire Education Committee. I would love to be able to give it back to Ivor or his family, So if you read this then get intouch. Spooky, that's my neighbour's father's name!! and he's have been born in the 20's I reckon. Gramdpa Ivor (that's what I grew up calling him) only lives 11 miles from Sirhowy - will try to remember to mention it to mam and dad to ask our neighbour where Grandpa Ivor went to school and if this could be him.
