My wife has her tree on ancestry ( not the tree you put on this site ) & has had a reply from two people but the reply is a mass of jumbled letters numbers & characters, anyone know whats happening, she has done a virus scan which is all clear. Brian |

Hi Brian Sorry can't help you on that - try sending e-mail to ancestry help to see if they can see what the problem is. Mary |

Greeting’s Brian……. Could It be……… That your problem might be that the sender has composed the message in a font that is not recognised by your computer. ? Is there a way of returning a message to the sender explaining the problem And ask that they use a font that will be easily recognised by your computer. MIKE. |
