Hi Queen Lil. I know what your saying about..feeling in a different world..i walk round like a zombi..i also don't feel the need to eat..without thinking sometimes i'v realised i'v gon about 18 hrs without food. gwyn xx

Gwyn i really dont know how anyone can work nights, i did it once years ago when the kids where young as it suited my life style at the time, i really do admire peeps that can do it i lasted what seemed like for ever 3mths, it was like being in a diferent world to me, although as a Mum i had many sleepless nights, but me body would just not adjust, Queen Lilxx

sorry to hear that ,but ,snap ,lol. I had trouble for years being on constant shift work,and i still suffer now iv'e retired.A cup of horlicks sometimes works ,i am getting sleepy now.Fred.

Unable to sleep after doing my nights...they don't half mess my body clock up...i just feel wide awake at the moment. gwyn xx
