I KNOW THIS IS TO PROTECT PEOPLE AGAINST BEEING CONNED BUT ~~~~~~~~ YOU WANT TO HOLD A RAFFLE YOU CANT YOU EITHER HAVE TO BE A REGISTERED CHARITY FUND RAISER OR THE PREMISES HAS TO HAVE A PERMIT, WHY AM I MOANING I DID A VERY SMALL AMATURE PAINTING AN WANTED TO DO A 24 HR SECRET AUCTION ON TWO SITES DIDN'T REALSIE I CANT EVEN IF I NEVER EVEN HOLD THE CHEQUE FOR A COUPLE OF QUID WHY IS EVERYTHING SO COMPLICATE |
