Sorry Hays, didn't think when I added to this, I have always tried to be kind to my hair, used to take yeast tablets, and now sea kelp, don't always blow dry it if I have time to let it dry naturally, use conditioner but not hairspray or gel, coloured it since my late teens.

Reminds me of when my niece was little. My father was completely bald right on the top of his head. One day he was tying her shoes and she exclaimed Ohhhhhh Poppa did you KNOW youve got no hair on your head!!! LOL Tania

I used to get that when I was a dinner lady and helping to tie shoe laces etc. When some child asked what the sparkly bits were in my hair, I knew it was time to get the Nice 'n' Easy out! Bless.
