Back again..... On your tree, you have George as being born in Blaydon. Is there a definite Blaydon connection? The reason I ask is that 'Soldiers died in the Great War 1914-1919' has a William Purvis who died on 2/10/1916 who enlisted in Blaydon. Sadly, the section that tells where born is blank. If there is a Blaydon connection, then I reckon this could be your man........ |
