P - yeah bit ironic isn't it really.... its not his site and hence he didn't want to play with the equipment but me not scared, me connected it up myself and have phoned the main IT centre and told them to sort the Blackberry network out as its not recognising the wireless connection!! What makes you think I'm in the wrong job then? LOL!!

Am I the only one to note the irony of the situation ? That all the 'IT guy' was needed for was to unlock the cupboard, and that you did the 'IT' bit yourself ?

Oooh A if only it was that easy..... it was in the secure cupboard (like a huge office) where they keep all the IT equipment and alarms would have rung and all sorts!! ;O)

Honestly I could scream..... I have wasted a day and a half in the office so far and i could have done everything I needed to but now I have to come in tomorrow just in case they decide to show up! ;o(

Diana, thats one of my real pet hates, people who say they will do something and dont, and also people who say they will turn up at a certain time and are late and dont have the decency to let you know arghhhhhhhhhhh moan over xxLynnxx

and then don't show? Been waiting for our internal IT guy to unlock a cupboard, so I can get my paws on my new bosses laptop and set it up and they are NOWHERE to be seen.... I am so cross as pointless me being here!!
