I have been wondering how little Rhianna was doing, and I am sad that after fighting so much, she has now died. I can't imagine the pain she and her parents went through and I did think it would be a hugely painful battle for her for the rest of her life, so as others have said, maybe this has saved her all that pain. I wish her family love and support to cope with this loss, they must be devastated. Such a tragic accident when they should have been enjoying the preparations for a happy Christmas in their new home. Bless them all and rest in peace, little one. Liz |

I think that, although very sad that she has died, that it is probably for the best. What that poor little might would have had to go through, the pain, the many operations, doesn't bare thinking about. My condolances to her poor parents. Wendy |

Very sad, but I can't help thinking she would have had a very painful life, enduring many operations to correct skin grafts over her growing years. Sometimes God knows best. May she rest in peace and her family find the stength to cope with their dreadful loss of a treasured little girl. Sunny R feeling very sad for them all. |

A 10-month-old baby who suffered horrific injuries when she was showered with boiling water has died in hospital. Rhianna Hardie suffered 95 per cent burns when boiling water poured on to her cot after a water tank exploded at her council home in Taunton, Somerset last month. She died at the Bristol Children's Hospital late last night, just a day after her parents had described how she had 'stunned doctors with her fighting spirit'. So Sad. My condolances to her parents and familyx |
