lol Shelli I suppose with 4 children, there will be colourful language at times especially if you have teenagers. I hope you didn't take it as a critisism. You know your children best and are able to make that judgement call. I probably picked up on the language as I was watching with my mum and dad at the time and they commented on it. I think they just found it odd as it was a Dr Who spinoff.

Lesley, bad language uuuumm well to be honest ( hangs head in shame) I think my language is more colourful at times, but all four of mine are fully aware of the consquences if I hear them using swear words... YES i know bad mother do as I say not as I do!!!!!! As for the sex, theres not really that much in there is there?? apart from episode two?? kids were warned about it in advance. And yes they sniggered but that was it. Must admit am very liberal in some ways but all my kids have regular bed times and even tonight with no school tomorrow my 14 yr was in bed by 10pm.

Hi Shelli ;-) Aren't you worried about the bad language and references to sex in Torchwood as this series is aimed at adults? I suppose it must depend on how old your children are. :-) Lesley

I must admit I haven't enjoyed the Torchwood series as much as Dr Who, I thought the Torchwood in Dr Who episodes was far more impressive than a basement in Cardiff.
