you have a point there if they realised very few men fancied skin and bone maybe they would think twice .

I saw the programme, and as most young girls are very into young boys, I find it odd that they all want to be so small. They ought to have had a few young men on there saying whether they thought being so thin was attractive, as I've never yet met any man that likes skinny women - well not that skinny anyway(mind you I don't go out much!!)

Well they must be bones then as my 14 year old is thin and is a size 8 so thin you could grow beans up her. so for a size 4 must be awful

Stelly you have the wrong end of the stick there is nothing wrong with Peaches she is an excellent sensible young lady, she was saying we should not be encouraging girls to want to be stick thin she should be commended for that.

I didn't see Peaches last night, but they were talking about sizes on GMTV this week. They held up a size 0 pair of jeans, and they were the equivalent of AGE 8 here. How scary is that? Sharon xx

So many of these young girls look as if they would snap in a strong wind. It will be good if the catwalks start showing real shaped women on there instead of stick insects. I didn't see the programme but taped it so will watch it soon. I think Peaches will be a confident young lady with a father like hers, he will have encouraged her to speak out I am sure.

I didnt realise there was a size 4 I thought a uk size 8-10 was the smallest . Glad I aint young now then.

An American size 0 is equivilent to the British size 4 apparently!!!!!!

You might be right as they did look tiny .I thought she was very sensible too and so confident not like me at that age used to blush a lot. Me too I love Kit Kats or anything covered in Chocolate.

I was surprised to hear them say unless I heard wrong that models are wearing a size O equivalant in the UK to a size 24' waist which of course is a size 12 ,well I thought that was quite a standard size I was between a 10 and 12 when I was younger, yet they were saying its so tiny.
