That we have many witty, interesting and amusing Threads on here which give pleasure to many. But as soon as one of our Trolls puts a message anywhere all the witty, interesting and amusing threads get swiftly relegated to Page 2 or 3 by the sheer volume of Threads complaining about it. I personally think that is a shame. |

Hiya Grampa Jim, just wanted to say hello as I never seen you for a bit, I liked the pics of you and Len at the meet, one of these days I will take Len up and go to a Berkeshire meet, so blame him if I do as he said it's only an 800 mile round trip for me XXXXX |

I agree with you entirely, to be honest I think they're 'winning' at the moment, as many people, myself included, are not bothering with the site so much. They aren't just trolls either... some of them are wolves in sheeps clothing. |

would be good to let it all fall on stoney ground and ignore them, no fanning of flames Daring of me to add this as on principle I do not read either the 'troll' threads or responses Too many other good things to do and lovely people on GR JA |

JA, you make a good point, but a lot of members are being driven away at the moment, so I dont think ignoring it will do the trick I'm afraid |

I agree, it is a shame - but odd? No - sadly that's what I have come to expect (or is that what you meant?) and there's a lot of truth in what Paul says too. Mags xx |

as i havent been around for quite a while i have missed all the trolls and the fallouts, so i can't comment, but it isn't a new problem on here. Its a real shame that a few try and spoil it for the rest of us, and i know several people that are on here less and less due to it, myself included. life is complicated enough without spending your leisure time reading rows and aggravation. I totally agree with your comments Paul & Mags. ......BTW welcome back from your hols Paul, i hope you both had a great time......... Yvette |

best thing to do with people who like to 'stir' is not respond to them at all,. they do it to get reaction, and if no one does then they have lost,,,, |

I was tempted several times to re post my Trolls thread, which contained a link to a site explaining how to deal with flamebaiting and trolls (In other words ignore them and dont feed them) However my last one got Hijacked by supporters of such people and was removed by Genes because of this. Shame Elaine x |
