Yes i know catherine, got completley hooked on them a few years ago, ate so many that i got sick to death of the sight of them so its cashews at the min xxLynnxx

I have to limit them cos daughter has cottoned on to them now and wants to eat them, I have to hide everything, or it will be gone.lol catherine xx

Cashews can be fattening if oily and salted., and eaten in large quantities. I eat the plain unsalted ones, just a small handful a day, and it hasn't hurt my weight at all.
