Hi Patricia That's a shame elderly lady was hampered with illness from using her pendant. They are a marvellous idea. My Dad had a series of strokes that led to Vascular Dementia,so he couldn't use his afterwards, by then of course we wouldn't leave him alone. She has a good neighbour in you Patricia. Mau XXX

Hyah Maureen, she has a pendant and had it around her neck and when they gained access she said she had pressed it but she is very arthritic so perhaps not got strength in her hands she also has pull cords connected to area care line service but perhaps in the dark she could not see or even remember (she got dementia too) it was there .... i am connected to care line too so got help through them ... love patricia xxx

Hi Patricia Your elderly neighbour can get 'call care' button to gain help,(from social services, etc.) to hang round her neck. Invaluable to anyone living on their own. It's with them at all times, and a comfort for family members when they can't always be there with them. Mau xx Gloyer My Dad had 'care call button. We always worried about him working in his garden, he was always out there, and he was 86yrs old. Mau xx
