I have one of those Stella. My GGG Uncle seems to have been outcast by the family, his name was always spoken in hushed tones with 'we don't talk about him', I wanted to know why, but so far, apart from living down the road from his family in a boarding house at 19, I see nothing wrong. He married, held a good job as a station master, was my Grandfathers Godfather, and was brought back to the family village to be buried. Yet he is still thought of as the skeleton in the cupboard.

OMG Stella, I bet you had mixed feelings over discovering that one! I would be excited and sad all at the same time.

I didn't actually discover it Teresa - it was talked about in the family for years. I met him when he came out of prison after his 30 yrs - I was just a child and remember him as a really nice person, sad really. Stella
