Thats OK if you really want lateral thighs Pinks.......but what about the shapely bum brigade.......standing in a queue clenching buttocks is getting a bit boring now, and I'm getting a few stares....... |

I've got a Lateral Thigh Trainer, but I have to admit I found it hard to get on with. They make it look so easy on the adverts, but I actually found it hard to get the tension right and quite hard to balance and get a rhythm going. Mind you I didn't have any trainers to wear when I tried it and still haven't got around to buying any - I think decent footwear would help? lol It can be useful in burning fat too if you put it on the right setting/tension - you can have it so it moves very easily and then you get an aerobic workout, or you can have it so it's harder to move and that's more of a toning workout - mine has a lever at the back that you slide to adjust the tension, but I would advise getting someone else to adjust that whilst you're on it - I had to keep getting on and off it and playing about with it until I got it right. I did see that it was advertised at much higher prices..... they even do a PINK one but it was £40 and I decided that although I love Pink it wasn't worth double the price of the one I've ordered. I will keep everyone informed of what its like when it arrives. Also as someone who doesn't really eat much..... I know its exercise that I need but I have nowhere to go that would be a nice walk so don't bother..... hence the thought of getting this thing! Its from good old ebay if anyone wanted to know...... it cost me £0.99 but cost £19.99 for the postage which made me giggle!! ;o) |

well you've got a bargain pink cos I paid 4 x that amount last year. I can see that they would work but I don't like my one at all and never use it. Really hoped I'd get on with it as it's a small piece of equipment that doesn't take up much space but I find it aggrevates my knees. Aileenx |

you gotta remember, its what you shove down your mouth that encourages the extra pounds. the thigh trainer will develop the muscles but not discourage the fat. try walking 1 hour each day and reap the benefits love yvette ( of the larger sized thigh) |
