Had the restless legs bit the other night, so miserable, no position helps for long.......I really feel for people who have to go through this every night. My legs start to ache when I am tired, and I know then its definitely time for bed. The only time I had it for any length of time was when I had to take muscle relaxants for a bad back, and I felt that I wanted to constantly stretch my legs - awful feeling. I really wish for the new tablets to work for you, everybody needs their sleep....

Have you had your B.P. checked ?? Sometimes low B. P. can cause cramp and restless legs. C x

I know your posting was meant for Joyce, Posh, but it rings bells with me, because my BP tablets have been changed, and I've been feeling far-away and floaty - which could mean the tablets have sent my BP too low..........will check.......thanks.....

Hi Sally, Its always worth getting it checked out. If your tabs are not agreeing with you then you need them changed. May I ask what you are taking?I will understand if you don't want to say. C x

What about trying some Ginkgo Biloba or Horse Chestnut Extract - both supposed to help circulation and cramps. Anna x
