Renewal question, help.

Anyone know how I can find out which credit card is registered with GR? I've asked them but they haven't replied. I'm on continuous membership and I don't want to pay more than I have to but we changed cards around renewal time last year and I can't remember if it was before or after I renewed. I shall renew anyway so you're stuck with this particular bleeding heart, do-gooding, wishy washy liberal for at least another year - my fourth, I think. Love and Peace, Gwynne |

Trouble is even if you have cancelled your card it will still get debitted.had it happen to me this year.thought when i clicked on 'renew now' it would let me update the credit card details cos I had cancelled my B/Card which i joined on. NO it just went thro .I checked with barclaycard & they ACCEPTED the debit even tho the card was DEAD. said as i had given someone the no i had authorized the charge so legally they had to accept it . I sent a complaintto Genes and their reply was to take membership off continuous then I could input new card details BUT this will then be charged as a new member not an old one renewing .Very annoyning cos i,ve changed c/card deatils on other sites but this site doesnt let you. Surely they must know people change cards or they expire. Shirley |

Hmmmmmm. Thanks, Shirley. I had no trouble seeing my cc details on every other site I use. Looks like GR are still lagging behind as usual. I should at least be able to see which card is registered here. Gwynne |
