Had a 30 second doze in the chair today. But it was just a short visit. There have been times when I have been caught snoring. Well, what do you expect when you fall asleep with your mouth wide open? lol Deb

Deb, been there done that. lol David - done that to and missed my stop a couple of times. Thank gawd don't take the bus anymore. lol Used to be in awe of my dad and fil, they could fall asleep sitting up reading the news and wake then carry on reading where they left off. Could never fall asleep sitting up. That is until recently. Do ya think I'm getting old. pmsl

No Deb - this silly 'gob on a stick' makes funny remarks which fall like a lead balloon - and then sits in the chair, feeling like a right prat.........

I close my eyes whist the dentist is doing what he has to,and drift off into another dimension like day dreaming Helps me to switch off from whats going on. I have VERY sensitive teeth so the dentist has to make sure he gives me big doses of pain killer & let it really take hold before he starts any work. The intitial drilling has me on edge till I know it aint hurting and I can then realax and day dream. Works for me!1

No way - it's the White Knuckle ride for me and I cry if I need an injection; after that I'm fine probably the injection has also numbed my brain. Sandra
