Hiya Last school holidays I had youngest with chickenpox....I was unwell also but no spots....Know how you feel....The scratching is the worst have to let them soak in the bath... Suprisingly my other two didnt get them...But every friend that he was in contact with him prior to the spots did....lol Janet

Josie might not get it. I shared a bedroom with my younger sister when we were little and never caught it off her. Never caught it when my own 3 had chicken pox either. Gwyn...... hoping I'm now immune.

Hi This may be an old wives' tale but if you put bi carbonate of soda in bath water it dries up spots and stops intching. Did it years ago when my two sons had chickenpox and always recommend it over the years . seems to give some relief anyway. Mary in Spain
