The heart is: Hold down Alt and press the number 3 on the numbers pad. (not those up on top row) The others that I use, are Capital 8 and Capital # Elaine ;-)

Start All programmes Accessories System tools character map You'll need to go into 'My Account details' ............. Choose symbol(s) press 'select' Press 'copy' then right click and paste onto your name..........
