heard it was a dirty game .... i cannot stand it when it like that ...could end a players career ... should be won by skill not by playing dirty ... no credit in that .... xxxx

Lindy.....Portugal are a very good team and England will have to really play well (which they haven't quite managed yet) to beat them. The difference could be the managers and I'd much prefer the one that got away:)))

16 card in Total!!!!! Ref lost the plot!!! Good news for England though. Deco out, and the other guy. Ronaldo injured, though he will prob be ok. Not up to full squad though. Good result for us. Just wished the dutch had scored to wipe the smile of Figo's face, dirty player going in for a head butt, then getting a yellow at the end for it. Mind the dutch did do a bit of diving!!!! Looking forward to the Aussies v Itlay, hope the Aussies go through. catherine xx

Eleven yellow cards for Portugal and nine for the Netherlands. Jean, Portugal will have to rely on their reserves. After this spectacular game I think that England will have the advantage because the Portuguese players will be wary of getting a second yellow card and getting booted off.
