Who lives in a 'green cone' area'

Have exhausted all local contacts to get a cone at reduced price local council tell me not enough people would want one for them to promote it, therefore giving us a discount, if anyone lives in an area where you can get one cheap, but you don't want one, being really cheeky here, could you order one for me? xxhugxx |
