Didn't know you lived next door Em:)) Does anyone know why Herons are suddenly appearing. We had one on the roof a couple of weeks ago, never seen one away from water before. Aren't they huge. Chrissie x |

LOL I would swop you for this place at the mo though. A few birds around not many at the mo think the crows have scared them all away. And 4 fish in a pond outside. That is my lot. Very boring Germaine x |

LMAO !!!!!!! I have starlings in the roof and the odd dismembered one can be found in the hallway! Got rid of the seagulls by putting spikey things on the chimney. 3 cats, one of which hunts for the county I think! Julie xxx |

I have starlings nesting in my garage rafters, Doves nesting in the leylandi, Sparrows and blackbirds nesting in the apple tree ( its over 20 foot high due to hubby being a lazy git and not pruning it) I have a family of blue tits nesting in a bird box kindly put up my my MIl when i wasnt looking.... i have frogs jumping all over my garden because my neighbour filled his pond in... and enough snails to fill a blinking escargot farm...... I am NOT Bill Oddie you know... this is NOt spring Watch headquarters..... I have 4 cats that are spreading their time between bullying frogs and shimmying up the apple tree in the hope of a light snack!!.... and what do i find this morning perched on my flippin garage roof? an enormous great big heron eyeing up the cats!!!.... thats it.... i resign.... lol |
