In a word, yes. Dont want to go into detail, but I am comfort eating at the moment - but will have to stop. I've put on the 1/2 stone I have recently taken off.

All this talk of Naughty Food- STOP IT NOW. Have to admit though I did fancy something sweet earlier, but I was a good girl and resisted temptation and had a low fat yoghurt instead. Lindax

Oh dear, oh dear, oh dear! Between 8.a.m. this morning and 2p.m.this afternoon I ate 200grams of smoked salmon - nothing with it, just bit by bit from the fridge! The only 'good' thing I've done is to have drunk about one and a half litres of cold water during that time. Not surprised I've no longer got a 24 inch waist! Self discipline seems to have flown out the window as old age has marched through the front door! Cherryxx
