Oh dear Dave. Sorry your lovely night ended a little off key. Maureen, yes it was lovely to spend some quality time with Dad. I see him a lot because he lives in the same street but it is usually in passing as we both work. Don't often get the chance. ought to make the effort more often. Anyway, I feel a bit brighter now. I went back to bed at 10.30 and have just got up and had some lunch! (You can be noisy as you like now Jess) Claire xx |

I had a lovely night with my daughter who is mid 30s on Wednesday until my prat of a son came and spoiled it! He apologised later but it took the edge off a lovlely night. Davex |

Lesley, I totally agree, it IS self inflicted! I am suffering my punishment though as my 3 and 4 year olds woke me up all bright and bouncy at 7.30! Claire xx |

Hubby was out last night so I was home alone. Decided to invite my dad over for a coffee and catch up as he has just got back from holiday................A bottle of wine EACH later and we were giggling like a pair of school kids!.........................Dad reckons I am a bad influence on him..............I reckon it was the way I was bought up! ;o).........................(I am in my 30's and Dad in his 50's.
