Hello everyone Lots of nice clothes in matalan but the wrong size! Im size 10 but they were too big for me and there was no size 8s! Going to preston tomorrow instead! New look is quite good. x karen |

it's called sod's law!! whatever size you want is the one that will be sold out - whether you are an 8 or a 28 or anything in between! I love New Look it's my favourite shop :-)) their sale rail is my idea of heaven!! Maz. XX |

Hello Maz Same here, thats the first rail i go for!! lol it didnt help at matalan because the sizes on the coathangers were different to the sizes of the actual clothes!! I had to look at the label of every thing! I did get some nice plates from there though! x karen |

Matalan trousers/jeans bottoms etc get on my wick, they think because you are a larger size you also have to be 6 ft tall. Im 5ft.7in but trousers are at least six inches too long every time. Its a real shame as they have some nice bits there as well Elaine x |

I got some lovely bits out of there the other week - really cheap. Even managed to get into a size 14 top !!!!!! Got three tops and 3 pairs of drawers and a nightie for about £20.. Lynda x |

It's not fair two years ago when I wore size 8, they had all big sizes, now I wear size 14/16 there seems to be more small sizes. M. |

Elaine, i have the same problem, im only 5'4 so i find it hard to find jeans that fit in the length, new look is good for having different lengths of jeans. Maz.. theres a difference between being tight and being bargain hunters, i like looking in the teenage clothes they are a lot cheaper than the ladies! I could have spent loads in there on underwear and nightwear, i like all the disney pjs which are out now. x karen |
