Len of the Chilterns Report 14 May 2006 23:51

The headmaster of our local school was recently suspended for unlawful imprisonment of a child. At the enquiry, some weeks after his suspension, it was revealed that the feral child from a nearby 'travellers' encampment, a violent and disruptive boy had brought chaos to a classroom, assaulted the female teacher and the headmaster was forced to intervene, shutting the boy in an empty classroom whilst he contacted the parents and asked them to collect their child. The parents complained to the police. Len

It's my attitude that once you commit a crime you loose your Human Rights - if we werent' so soft on some of these people maybe they would think twice before commiting their vile acts? It's all getting a bit silly isn't it - you can get sued for anything these days. Kaye x

Quite agree - Cherie Blair is only out for money, she has no morals.

The Legal Profession is getting fat by pressing for litigation on the slightest pretext. Perhaps the Monopolies Commission should take a look at them.

Too many people are getting off with this human rights issue, when really they are abusing many more people's human rights themselves.

I don’t think that any one who commits a crime should have any human rights as they have failed to recognise the human rights of their victims, as for the blair's they win what ever the outcome, Roy

This week we read of a criminal pervert permitted to be at large and killing a woman and hijackers being allowed to stay in Britain. It is their human right. Tony Blair is on the case and calls it 'an abuse of common sense'. I wonder if he is aware that Mrs Blair makes much of a very good living pursuing preposterous human rights cases
