James Ive never had that one before lol ! Try signing out of genes, clearing your temp internet files and cookies (someone will point you in this direction) Sign back in and see if this helps. If its still the same, contact support and let them know what the problem is and what youve done to try to rectify the problem They may have a solution, they may not Elaine x |

I havent got the ads either (only the same as Elaine's but they are part of the site and not ads) Because I use Norton Internet security which has an ad blocker . My pages have been ok the last few days on here, and when Ive used it, this site has been fairly quick (although ive had a slow site on a few occasions before) In my opinion, I dont think its the ads which slow the site down, or the site would be slow 24/7 for everyone. Besides, these problems were sometimes apparent before extra ads were introduced to the site Elaine x |

I don't get Ad's either ......? All I can see is the link to the Government Records (yuk) and a question asking if I want to be on TV .... (yuk) but I had to look to even notice them ........!! :-) |

Everyone keeps going on about new adds, I'm feeling a bit deprived. The only adds I get are ones that have always been there. A small square on the left, that at the moment is the bingo cherries & a strip across the very top of the page that disapears the minute I scroll to the gen page heading. Vivienne xx |
