Just remembered about the tree house we used to have that overhanged a country road. Very dangerous and stupid, but we used to drop water bombs on passing cars. :-s |

I had one in the middle of a couple of rhodedendron bushes, in a ''wood'' near the house. a piece of old carpet on the floor, and a jam jar with flowers... at home with my 2 younger sisters we often made a sort of tent affair in the garden . A couple of old curtains draped over the clothes horse and pegged to the fence for a bit of extra headroom. I remember the lad next door bombing us with a house brick - it hit me on the head & I still have the scar! |

My gran had a shed and she let me use it for 'my house'. We used to play 'houses' in there - had a little table and chairs and a teaset - I was always Mum of course. Stella |

I had a couple of dens. One was an old tree trunk which was hollow, and we made roofs and stuff out of old animal feed bags. And we put paper mache on the ground so we didn't have to sit in muck! And another one was a Transit Van Shell, which had seats in it, and all our stuff. This is where we used to go for a crafty fag! LOL! |
