Speedy any cakes are good with me what with my marshmallow teacakes this morning will never lose weight. Recipe 4oz Marg 2oz C Sugar 2 tbspn Golden Syrup 2 Tbsp Milk 2 tbspn drinking chocolate 1 tbsp Cocoa 8ox crushed digestives 2oz cake crumbs or sponge fingers (crushed) 2oz glace cherries 2 oz raisins Icing 4oz plain choc 1/2 oz butter Heat marg, sugar, syrup and milk gently til melted. Add drinking choc and cocoa 1/2 biscuits and mix well. Stir in rest of ingredients. Press into a 8inch sandwich tin thats been greased. Chill in fridge Melt choc and butter in bowl over pan of water stir well and spread over cake and allow to set before cutting. We didn't put cherries in as hubby not keen but I thought maybee marshmallows in it and hubby says nuts in it work as well.
