Does hauling oneself out of sofa to switch on TV to watch it count? If it does then ................... NO! Even that's too energetic for a Sunday xxxxxxxxxxxx |

There was a thread earlier. Somebodys husband is running in it. I have been watching run for glory where some really unfit people have been trained by Sally Gunnell and Steve Cram to run in it tomorrow. Should be worth following their progress. They all have a personnel reason for running in it. One guy was in a coma after being knocked down. He is almost blind and has had a runner with him during the training so assume she will be by his side tomorrow. Good luck to them all |

I remember that little Anthony Nolan and his mum on tv. That must be a few years ago. Good luck to all the runners. |

Did it 3 years ago, just over 5 hours, not great was knackered. Never do it again as I remember the pain. Not a great time but felt I had achieved something. |

One of my neighbours is running in it, so we'll all be supporting her - we've all sponsored her too, so she should be raising lots of money for a childrens charity. AL |

Did anyone see Jade Goody on there this morning ? She's done FOUR training session, the last of which was only 30 mins on a treadmill. She 'got bored' with it. Didn't follow the diet plan her trainer set her either. Still reckons she's going to do it. Good luck to her but... no chance lol |
