I think cheques are only 'live' for six months - maybe I'm wrong.

Hi Karen. Hubby says it is worth trying, it may still be honoured. I will get it in the post to Diana tomorrow for her to put into the bank. She will let us know, if it is returned. Thanks again. Jenny. x

Well, how strange - I'm glad it arrived, had forgotten all about it!! I posted a birthday card to my Dad on the same day and that also arrived a few days ago....same batch of mail obviously!!! They say better late than never. Will the cheque still be valid??

Guess what the postman has just bought?.......Yes. your cheque for The Pink Fund. 'Gaynor Bear group 8 buttons' Postmarked October 5th 2005. It has only taken just over six months to get here. Shall I frame it? Lol. Thanks. Jenny x
