I had a problem item didnt arrive and to be fair to paypal I had them on the case straight away and had a full refund Ive just put my first item to sell on ebay I can confirm there are good ebayers on there too they arent all bed unfortunatly there is always a few on everything to ruin thats in society all the best to ebayers sue

I filed a dispute within 36hrs, I could smell a rat........go for it Claire.

Tell the sell you what a refund of £ 10 and the machine with in a certain or you will go to trading standards you have the same right 's as if you paid in shop for it Val

You cannot file a none delivery claim until 30 days after the auction ended . You can request the sellers contact details, ebay will e-mail you the phone number the seller used to register on ebay you can then call them. Have you requested the sellers contact details? Address & phone? You must make an attempt to contact them, other than email. You can still lose I'm afraid, Pay pal will refund but ebay charge admin. I was stung to the tune of £250 at Christmas, Paypal managed to get back £120 only to have ebay charge £15 for doing this!! My Paypal account now has a negative balance, have not touched ebay since. doesnt matter if ya payed with paypal ya wont get ya money back there all faurdsters. i paid 65.00 for a battary op game that was ment to be like a playstation . it was a big swizz i logged a complaint and they said the man did nothin wrong , well soon see iv sent the item to sony and all printouts of my transactions and his pics of the pile of crap and the emails ebay and paypal sent me so there all in for it. an i just been out bid on me roller boots not happy pmsl

Hi Couple of weeks ago my hubbie bought my daughter a new sewing machine from a factory on ebay. Paid extra £10 for 24 hr delivery, 13 days later - no machine. Has this happened to any1 else? Peeved Claire
