Please could somebody explain to a complete novice why my friend in Oz has sent me both her email address and also a h**mail address. What is the difference between the two and what is a h**mail address for? Stella

Stella the H mail addy is another account, MSN, you can use msn messenger in a live chat format instead of waiting for the emails to go through..........and much much more, besides....... Bob

I have two email addys, one I've had for years, so won't get rid of, other is h**mail, I can use m s n messenger, instant chat and email. Heather x

they are just both email addresses people can use the one address will be the one she has chosen through her internet provider and i think a hotmail one is a free one you can get through MSN. Lynda

Is MSN the same as Windows Messenger because I have Windows Messenger for chat? I have tried adding her H**mail address as a new contact on Windows Messenger, but it won't work. Its driving me mad!! Stella

Windows messenger is differant it comes as part of XP msn messenger is a stand a lone messenger that you need to down load from http://messenger.msn*com/Xp/Default.aspx Remove * and put . in Steve
