Any easy way off getting the shells off? Spent ages nitpicking the little things off. Annoying :-(

roll them on the draining board to crack them all over - generally just pop staright out of their shells then. Lucy x

Fresh eggs don't peel easily. Use ones that you've had a bit longer. Eggs can last a long time before they go off.

We've had some chicks hatch out in our reception class this week, so we have fluffy chicks in a brooder box and an incubator full of discarded shells. I think the chicks had more difficulty getting out of the shells than you ever will in peeling eggs Daniel! nell
