The price we pay for living in a man's world. When will they learn that if all the women went on strick they would be stuck! Who would cook and clean and look after the children? Who would look after the sick and provide education? They take us for granted but thay would be stuck without us and untermatly they would not be here without us. (With advances in medical technology women could still have children without men being involved)

I find it astonishing that someone does every minute during childbirth.

Does make you wonder if those figures applied to men! Would things be better? Allie x

If women didn't feel guilty about being good wives, mothers, daughters, sisters and employees of men, those stats would be different. It narks me that if I want to do anything, my first thought is what about the children? Whereas my husband just says 'yes'! nell

I agree with Nell - can't think of anything to add. Gwynne

Re the last one on the list, it's probably because the men died young, breaking their backs or breathing in noxious fumes, etc, doing dangerous work. Statistically, men die younger than women. CB >|<

if those statistics applied to men instead of women, we'd do something about it rather than moan... only joking ladies.. *runs and hides*
