On at least two occassions I have referred to the voice of James Blunt and the need for him to have 'the operation' Since most of todays singers leave me cold and therefore having no interest in their rise to 'fame' I was amazed to learn today the following. Real name James Blount Age 29 years. Served in the Life Guards after Sandhurst Military Academy.. It takes a MAN to go through the Academy and to serve in the Life Guards and therefore I withdraw any adverse comments regarding his voice and do so gladly. Rupert. |

You would have thought, after a life in the army, he would have needed to develop a slightly deeper voice than he seems to have (for singing anyway) Suex |

He's also just become the first UK artist to go to the top of the US charts for a least a decade, so he's doing pretty well for himself now that he's changed careers! |
