showered but not dressed, cant be bothered. nothing is going my way at the moment! They say house buying selling is stressful- why should it be?.Surely we are all just creating that stress for each other as buyers and seller? I feel like throwing in the towel and stopping where i am!

I know it feels awful at the moment but rise above it Jess, there are a lot worse things that can happen. Just sit back and look at it-----it is no big deal in the whole picture of things. Gloria :-)))))

Jess, you have my sympathy, ours took 6 months and 3 buyers before we finally moved on the 20th December! Now we are in, we have done nothing but work on it, I suppose it will be worth it it in the end. Yesterday, we had a letter from the council that the previous owners had added on the to the property, it says that that the previous owners didn't have to pay extra Council Tax but now it has changed hands, it has to be revalued. No one warned us of this, it wouldn't have stopped us buying it but it would have been nice to be warned. Good Luck, dont let it get you down, I felt like you do but it does sort out in the end. June xx

Trust your instinct Jess - I didn't and end up being messed about for ages. There was just something about them- you know you just get a feeling. If your not 100% about the house do you know why? There's a house out there waiting for you- trust yourself- you'll know! Good luck Angie x

We've been there Jess, and I think it is a power thing with some people, they just like to feel in charge. We had it with the last two properties, they put the price of the first one up, no other buyer, just wanted more, AND they knew how much we wanted it. The second one we found out later that she kept changing her mind, glad we didn't know about that. Whats meant for you won't pass you by. Gloria
