Well I'm having anothery,,,,,,cos i can...:>)) *Rips the head of a V.B tablet* Its Hip hoo-ray for Trifley because she is our mate. She's finished all her Chemo and this we celebrate. We raise our glass to wish her, 'all the best' on this occassion. With Martoonie glasses raised up high there's no need for persuasion. You took it on the chin mate and you didnt wear a frown. You bounced right back from every bout, cant keep a good Queen down. So here's to health and happiness and long live may you reign. Our Queen trifle'y of the Wattlers we celebrate today. Copyright....lol Tony Oz....:>))))))) * Cheers *

A brilliant effort from out resident poet... Onya Tony. The Queen is having lamb cutlets cooked by the royal consort. No doubt washed down with a cheeky little red. Cheers dears Anna

Tony....loved the poem, thanks my friend. I've copied it for posteriyt...heee heee I've received many emails, sms's and posts on here which have been very comlimentary. Brave? Courageous? An Inspiration? I don't know about all that, but......one thing I know is that it has strengthened my character. You can't make a muscle strong without putting it under some stress and strain. Youy can't make a horse shoe without beating the living daylights out of a straight piece of steel. You can't build character in a person without that person suffering adversity. The bad times, the sad times, the hard times.....all these things make you a better person who apreciates life. And I've certainly been through all these. But I couldn't have made it without the support of my family and you, wonderful people. Thanks.....from the bottom of my heart. Hugz and love from the crazy Queen Trifley X

Ah Queen The end of an emotional day for you my love. Sleep well and sweet dreams and if only that Duck person would chase the bed bugs away you wouldn't have a worry in the world. Katherine had her group interview this arvo and was happy with the way it went. Tassie - it was very much like the format that you mentioned that Tamika went through so Katherine sends her thanks as she had some idea of what to expect. She will hear over the next few days if she was successful. I hope she gets it as it is for a casual check out chick in the brand new Woollies store that is opening only 5 minutes away from us. Only 10 hours per week which would work in well with her Year 12 work load. Heather - good luck to your darling daughter for Year 10. Katherine went for a few hours today to show the new kids around the school. Her first full day is tomorrow. My OH has the Spring cleaning bug - it's driving me mad. I hope he gets called into work soon so I can have a bit of peace! Today he was even vacuuming down the walls of the bedroom and the bathroom and cleaning the hand basin with wet and dry sand paper! Good grief! I want to get some family history done but I feel guilty sitting at the computer when he is being so busy around the place! Lara - you haven't been on the thread. I do so hope that Tiger is OK and that you are managing with your diet. Hugz to you both. And Fanny - hope your puter is fixed soon as I miss your messages. Think I'll turn in early - must be the wines that I toasted the Queen with catching up with me. :>)) Thanks for the great pickles Lew - it sure looks beautiful. Stangely enough, we had our first writer's group for the year this morning and one of our writing ladies went on an antarctic trip and she had some absolutely gorgeous pickles too. It sure is a completely different world. Laurie - thanks for the message about my Dwyers. I will get back to them tomorrow I hope - too beggared tonight! XX Anna
