Well, you can't be left alone, just wait until the true queen is back. It may be orf wiv yur eds. Wife swapping, room keys, completely unheard of in royal households. pmsl. DIY the roof might sound better than the gallows. Lew, just let your man indoors, look after you while that foot gets better. Hope he can mix a good martooni. Trifley, if you manage to get on here, hope you are not feeling too bad. We have just had a lovely storm pass over, well it would have been better if we had closed the windows. Just spent 15 mins mopping up. The carpet did need a wash any way. I watch dancing with the stars, but I think it's getting a bit too predictable. Just going through all the same old. Might wait until it gets down to the last 3 or 4. It's the cringe time in between the dancing that I don't like. Best to tape it and then you can just watch the dancing. Actually the best part of the show is the music and the singers. Neville isn't well again, it's another chest infection I think. He has a really bad cough and he isn't sleeping very well. Not the best patient either. Hope John manages to get to the bottom of his problems soon Mary, would love for you to come up here for holiday. O'Reilly's here we come. Cilla, lets us know how you went on, hope it's good news. Vonny, 'Is it here yet'? Well, think I should go now, Jill, will wave as you pass Luv SuzyQ |

Wow what a storm, saw it coming thought I would go and pick L up from work, (she has started to bike to our local station then catch the train then ride to work) got there only to find her boss had let her go early, I know, I should have rang, I then raced up to the station but she had already caught the train, coming back home a kangaroo decided to play chicken, foot on the brake poor little Bazil who I had taken with me because he's scared of storms, he had settled nicely on the seat besides me, was suddenly catipulted off the seat and onto the floor, he's okay not hurt, calmed him down and myself, oh boy, could have done without that. Now all I have to worry about is D and B.friend driving back from the coast. One wonders if I worry too much, time for a chard me thinks. Jill, back to being a serf. xxxlol |

I know how your feel serf Jill. My dd (and she's not young) popped in on her way to her Dad's place with dear little Lucas smiling in the back seat. I worry about her with all the traffic she will encounter, as she's going to the other side of Sydney. Very heavy traffic at the time she was going. They are off to Adelaide for the family history reunion of the family of Thredgold. Meanwhile I am the only one here in NSW while she is away, better take good care of myself lol. It is perfectly normal and allowable to worry about our kids however old they are. Have a chardy or three Jill - I might have a Light Ice tablet later (ooooh that sounds like a naughty drug lol) Give Bazil a pat from Aunty Jood. Jood |

CRIKEY... What have you lot got up to this afternoon..I wander if it is going to be safe going to Mudgee,, you lot might lead me astray...pmsl... Well we are no nearer to a answer for John..Quack want him to wait for his specialist who returns around the 20/10 and think another MRI on his lower back is in the cards. It could mean a op so we are not planning to far ahead..We have decided to have 1 weeks holiday down in Vic. as that is about all John could take so I suppose it is better than nothing. We will stay in a cabin in the park in Dunolly so that iwill be more comfortable for John...It will be nice to see our friends down there again but I wander if going all that way for one week is worth it..I am sure I will enjoy it nomatter for how long we go.. Cilla Hope you are OK and that the scans show nothing serious.. Lew Hows the foot lady..if no better by tomorrow please go to the quack and you may need some antibiotics.. put your pillls away as they are no good for this..unless you take them with a double martoonie..not for drinking ,,,, for rubbing on the foot...should kill anything lurking around... SusyQ Hope Neville is OK and keep him in bed..some of Lews pills should be good.. washed down with a good brandy and dry... Well Lords Ladies Dukes and Duckesses and Smerfs..Love you all Love mary xxxx Throw the money back into tickets..if anyone is asking... |

PINK, PINK, PINK, PINK, PINK :) At approx 1.50pm today little Ella was born and her mummy almost didn't make it to the hospital and Nanna almost became a mid-wife!!!!!! What a day!! Mother and bubs are fine - bubs is gorgeous. Mummy is a bit shell-shocked and will probably take a while to get over the birth. I think she is trying for the guiness book of records for the fastest birth!!! Will just pop over to the weekender and tell them and come back and catch up. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ |

hi-iii, i am doing it tough here. i've been quickly poppping in to feed my addiction (to wattlers, not the pills) and i'm not getting anything quite right. although jood, i think it may have been Mel hooking into the KI choccy dessert. I even missed out on pink tim tams. by the time i came home from the institution this arvo, it was getting on. I've just had a bit of thick fruitloaf with jam on coz there's no dates left. have been keeping the vino practice up. another little glass of shiraz this evening to keep me mellow. My dear friends, please accept my love to you in here in lieu of the friendship week email. I'm missing the piccies on it and its not quite the same sending without them. Love the piccies of the guardian angel and the giraffe, they are beautiful.. I'm meeting a boy to discuss our assignment tomorrow so I've got to find a few more 'scholarly articles' in the library catalogue. Possum told me - ohs, means stop every 40 mins when you're on the 'puter. dont know if it meant eat, drink coffee and yak to yer mates, but i'll take his wise contribution the way I see fit. ooo, got to tell you this. i made the kids lemon chicken for tea. also have been cadavering this arvo. I sat down for a bit after i cut up the chook and put my (washed) hands in my pockets. eerrrr, thought i had mistakingly brought home a bit of the other, but it was only a bit of escaped chook. quite startled me. realised too i didn't have my jumper on in the lab, only stinky lab coat. back prob in 40 mins or so love yvette xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx |

Evening all, have had a couple of storms here this arvo and tonight and it has just start to rain again. Not much water here though. Lew make sure you go to the drs tomorra. Sounds like an infection to me. Can't be too careful. Make the most of being waited on hand and foot. Thought that was just for royalty. SuzyQ, hope Neville is a little better tomorra. Make sure he goes to the dr too. Mary, hope you can get to the bottom of John's problems soon. And Cilla, hope the news is good tomorra. Keep in touch. Jood, I couldn't keep up with the nortiness on here today either (says little miss goody two shoes).......LOL Oh Jilly, you poor babe. Just what you didn't need. Give Bazil an extra cuddle. Did D and B get home without too much drama. We are in for more storms tomorra as well........ Vonny, any news yet ? Trifles, weird Housie tonight Catch you all later Pam |

~~~~~~~~~~~~Happy Birthday Ella ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Ohhh Vonny, big bunches of pink balloons all round, congratulations and well done, how exciting (perhaps too exciting??) did you have to assume “catch” position lol. What nice news to come home to. I am going to catch up gradually over next few days, feeling very mellow after sleeping in, walking and cycling a bit each day, and I even read a book!! Beautiful weather too. Have promised myself not to be up late, so will go now, see you all tomorrow ~~ Hz |
