Ok I'm just copying this as a warning to us all. I just did a quick check of some of our board names and none showed up. maybe they don't take info from the *c o m site. 'Change of name because... I have decided to change my name on genes from my actual name of Alan ................... to that of 'Alan From Cheshire' I have done this to protect myself. It would appear that all posts from this particular page appear on the internet in general. Let me explain. If you were to 'google' your name, the info that you have put on this particular section of genes, appears on the internet and is available to all insundry without them having to initially visit the genes site.' read the thread and answers - Name Change. Also Catherine's thread. Have you all googled(AUST) your real names to see how much real info is out there???? You might be surprised. Vonny

Hello all just wanted to say I'm still in the land of the living we arrived here in Maryborough today after spending tuesday night in the driveway of Cillas' and Jims place just nth of Mackay we had a nice barbeque for tea and left about 8:3O in the morning , No snakes at all thank you hehe , I have not read the last ten pages of waffle but will do so now and going to ring Pat Steele to arrange our mini meet , I will try and get back on later tonight but if not tomurra the connection was playing up or would have been on about 4pm see you all later hopefully bye Love Lara

Evenin' all Jude DIY....use the money for more Lotto tickets. The more numbers the better our chances. The rat headed for a hole between some rocks in the garden so Graeme shoved in a Rat-Sack pack followed by a large rock. We assume the rat had a good feed then went to the gods. I've had a good day today. Had lunch with 5 nieces and nephew in law. it was Rebecca's birthday and she wanted an ice cream cake (she's 28!). It was yuuummmyyy. curious fox adds bits with your name on it to the www. also some other ones too. theres a note somewhere warning peeps about putting personal details on the boards as anybody could access them. whats the easiest way to start a gen search? google the required name of course. love Yvette

Google is a great way for finding anything. Especially Ancestors. When i cant find a Relo/Ancestor in a certain County/State/Province/Country.....i Google. Dont know if anyone has tried this way. If you try eg: HULL+GENEALOGY+ESSEX ( no spacing ) you may be surpised at what info comes up. Or just....... HULL+GENEALOGY. Your surname .......... or a surname in a county you are searching. Found lots of Peeps this way researching my Ancestors with a common interest. Or even if you are just looking for Lyrics to a certain song. OKLAHOMA+LYRICS Tony Oz...:>)))
