Morning all..Lovely day here today and have been to aqua exercises,,(cant spell the other word), good workout and enjoyed it.. Then did a few laps and now home ready for my coffee... Morning all Perfect day here today although we are supposed to get a storm later. Am a bit sore today, think I pushed myself too much at hydro yesterday. Didn't know you had so many muscles in your b*tt. Might go for a ride and see if that helps. Everyone going away for the weekend, enjoy. Hi Wattlers, quick note, quite busy. Belated 13th to Sarah, love those teen years, Mum and Dad will too darlin’ !! Congrats to Tamika on the first job success – roll on Xmas (she’ll be too busy working to spend all that dosh – time to start a savings budget!) ((hugs)) to all not well, repeat after me “every day I’m getting better and better” lol. Happy holiday break Vonny, take care in the countryside! Shazz, put those walking shoes on, look at your watch, and head out the door and walk for seven and a half minutes. Then turn around and walk right back again. There you are, you’ve done your 15 minutes for today. 15 mins a day keeps the doctor away! I’ve never used Lost Cousins so might give it a try. Am feeling lost on Ancestry since it has changed, can’t find my peeps, but I suppose I’ll get used to it. Ok going for food (Friday is kebab day!), have some more bookwork to do this afternoon and if I finish I will be more than up to date , have a great weekend everyone ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Hz

And a good, good afternoon to you all. First thing....I spoke to Rebecca this morning....a slight mix up with the dates. The mammogram is next Tuesday. She is upset, of course and thinking all the worst things. My sister is going with her while she has the test and I'm going to the Drs when she gets the results. Thanks for all your thoughts. 28 is young for anything like this. I'm sure it will be benign but it's a rough time untill the Dr gives the verdict. Everyone seems to have something to do this weekend and I felt left out :( So I thought some retail therapy would be the go. IKEA at Springwood is having a sale so Jade (Mark's girlfriend) and I are going on Sunday. A 'girls/bonding' session. I thought it would be easier than the Pink Polo as it's cool, lots of places to sit and they have coffee! Any of you wanna join us? Speaking of coffee.....uuummm....time for some more. Head is spinning......... Have been loading rellies onto Lost Cousins. Already had a few there but have just added some more as it's free this weekend. No luck though. You sure get dizzy after a while searching the census and then adding the details to Lost Cousins. I think I need some caffeine! Off for coffee...... Anna
