Morning Wattlers, I didn't get to do the quiz, B****y work, but i copied it and plan to do it later.....except i now have the answers as well lol. Promise not to look at them until i finish. I am working a late to day and an early tomorrow, so might get to it tomorrow night. Jood...make sure you give me a call when you are going to be in Bendigo, we can have a cuppa, and yak...swap a few tables...you know the way it goes he he. Lovely morning here, i have been carting the shower water out to the garden. Trying to save a bit of it, not doing too bad at the moment. And it must be building up my arm muscles...doesn't look like it though lol. I have the washing machine on the back veranda so that i can run that water on the fernery and use it for the pot plants. Hope we get some rain soon, can some of you peeps send some this way please?? Ok well, i better get going, the morning has gotten away from me, cause i didn't get up by the clock, i listened to my body and it said stay in bed, stay in bed, he he. Have a great day everyone. Take Care Wilson :-))) |

Morning Wattlers Yes it's the third pom. Now listen - I have a real dilemma here - the Cat is a fellow pom and yet I have been left to protect the numbers. The big gun didn't deter her, cos she's got others that are disguised. I think in retrospect that was a blessing, I'd hate to hurt her really. So, the question is - why don't we just keep them in the safe? |

Good morning Wattlers, or is it good afternoon in your part of Oz. Have the curtains faded yet. I wish we had daylight saving, I was up at 4.30 am anyway, the sun is just getting about then, the chooks are squacking, the cat is scratching so I have to rise and shine also. Much rather have the extra daylight at the end of the day. I enjoyed the quiz Tony, because i don't get on in the evening, I copy it and the answers and do the quiz over my morning cuppa, and no I don't cheat. New the cordwainer one cause I have a few of them in my family. Hope you have a good time in Montville, Trifley. Word of warning, get your tissues out before you get to Australia Zoo. Don't know why but my eyes filled up when I passed by. Did you forget the clocks Laurie and Shazz. Bet you are all still in bed sleeping off the evenings indulgences. LOL Got a busy day ahead, having made contact with one of Nevilles cousins I can now fill out my tree, I am expecting it to add at least another 200 just in the cousins and their offspring. Very large family of rabbits. Its a bit cooler today, we never got a storm yesterday and with the heat all the grass is now crunching under foot, well what little bit of grass we have left. Those watering from the washing machine, becareful of the soap powder you are using, it could kill of your plants within a few weeks. Got that warning on TV the other night, think it is to do with pospherus or something. Before I go, does anyone have any Irish Duggans in their tree. Neville's cousin's wife is searching this name without much luck. By for now, hope you all have a great day Luv SuzyQ |

We love her really Jeffster, but she WILL pinch our numbers, just lays in wait and boom - she's got it. We've tried everything - poisoned meat, padlocks, chains, big dogs, guns, you name it - nothing seems to work (not even Lew Lews coloured pills). Trifley - I know too much you say? .. tee hee. .. If you mean what I was saying about Victoria, its just that I have travelled the length and breadth of the country, .. Just a know all. .. (If I can remember things, then that is a blessing lol) By the way I am getting Court Jeffster and Waggers mixed up! .. How can I tell you apart? .. Which one is the 6'3 blonde firie (tongue in cheek) Jood |

Then your up in Alice Spings, just how-high can she jump?. And way outback there is a place that they call The Black Stump. Briss-bane say, they got the beach and sunshine all year round. And Perf is in the West of Oz and sees the sun go down. Darwing!! well its way up there I'm sure we all agree, there weather never... ever gets... below, a 30c But all in all a special place, a little sarf of Vic. An Island they call Tassie, where they-housed the Convict. Its capital is Hobart, and the Convicts now are free, So It drifted off the main land..... ....now there happy as can be......:>))) lol......time for a V.B for me. Av a good un Tony Oz...:>))) |

Hello Wattlers, what a weekend!! Firstly I'm sorry we didnt win anything, maybe we are just waiting for the BIG draw in Nov. I had a fantastic day in Sydney on saturday, met up with my 2nd coz and we didnt stop talking from the time we met til we parted at the airport...lol Lots of FH chat and swapping info. Laurie we drove right past your place but you would have been bouncing in the castle at the time. Her name is Kate and she is a GR member but would you believe had never heard of the Wattlers ( very hard to believe I know) I have invited her to pop in and I know will all make her feel welcome. sat night was a 21st party, and OH has a little head ache today...lol So to recover he dragged me around the fishing show, now he is OK and I have the bad head....pmsl My Mum has had a fall over the vac (I knew there was a reason I didnt like those things). She has broken her wrist, chipped her elbow and split the clavicle(sp?) down the centre. So this could be a long drawn out recovery , poor thing. So if Im not around much for the next few weeks I,ll be in Geelong. Hope Trifley has a great break and that everyone else is enjoying whatever they are doing. Catch up later Flakey |

Evening all :) We'er back safe and sound. yesterday was cold, windy and miz. i spent it inside the car reading a book!! Today's weather was a bit doubtful at first but soon picked up and we had a nice time ALTHOUGH The one time hubby wanted the engine to start - like at the beginning of the parade - it would not start at all!! Very embarrassing floating in front of a few thousand people with all the other boats going by and yours won't start!! Finally, 20 mins later, the engine started and we putt putted away - those who were left on the shore cheered - which was nice of them :) Will send a piccy if we can work out how to get it off the new camera! Very tired though so will catch up tomorrow with all the weekend Gos. |
