Hi everyone Have just had a lovely dinner in the restaurant in the clubhouse and am now feeling very nicely.Thought I might go to bed but looked at the time and it is to early. I would be up again around 2am so will wait a wee while. Tony Isnt it nice when you meet someone from the family.and a 3rd cousin is quite close. I have contacted a person who has part of my tree in hers and she is not happy to offer to let me see it.If I ask a question she might answer it but that is all. I have been doing another branch of my tree and trying to help a cousin but I dont get any reply from that quarter either.and its her family I have been search for. Never mind as long as I help others when I can I am happy.I have met 2 or 3 distand cousins and they have been great. Had a lovely day today doing FH as tomorrow I will be a bit busy as I have to take youngest GS to his swimming lessons. My water jerks were good this morning and I always feel a bit pooped afterwards which means that I had a good workout. Good luck with the lotto tomorrow.. Love Mary xxx

G'day Wattlers Or evening I suppose it is now. Age is a state of mind as they say, but since I'm out of mine I'm not sure how old I am. Didn't realise you have been deprived of rain, I won't be so nasty as to take it from you then, but I would certainly appreciate some of your heat. Jeffster 9.30pm here - there should be a few wattlers around still. This year the drought has been even worse, famers having to cart water and food. Dam down to 40% of usual capacity. I hope this rains spreads out west, north and south. We have a few farming Wattlers among us. You've been let off cat watching duties tonight - I doubt we will get up to the top number. Actually Jeffster, I forgot - the Queenslanders are an hour behind us, so they should be around somewhere. Jood

Evening....:>))) Well id'e like to go to bed, but i keep finding cousins, who married cousins, who married cousins...:>))(((..lol And then found my G,G Grandad married the eldest sister of my G,Grandad.....Ummm..velly interlesting. My Great Grandad Ben Hull married Elizabeth Williamson ( and became my G,Grandparent ) and parents of my Grandad......BUT.....Elizabeth Williamson's widowed Dad married Ben Hull's elder sister...........making Elizabeth Williamson's Dad......Ben Hull's Father -in-law...AND..Brother -in -law.....:>(((( Then.....Elizabeths Williamson's sister Mary, married Jabez Sharpe. There first born daughter Elizabeth mary Sharpe then married my Grandads brother.........but wait theres more....:>((( Then.....a child Ezra.....from my G,G,Grandad and Ben Hull's sister ...married Ben Hull's youngest brothers widowed wife, and became step father to there 4 children. .....and thats just the tip of the ice berg. Hope you got all that....... Hi Jood I'm up early too - can hear the rain! So far we've had 30mls but it is going to clear soon. 30mls is wonderful - will help the garden along and more importantly give the farmers something to go on with. Trifley will ring me this morning and depending on the weather we'll decide what we're going to do today. Got some information from Chris's sister yesterday about their side of the family - she took notes from an aunt, now deceased, some years ago and it's been sitting in her cupboard! Lots of good leads to follow up - and some photos. There are actual dates for great grandparents and info about when they immigrated to Australia - wonderful stuff! Morninf Jood & Anna Wakey wakey Wattlers - do you think this is a good time for a sleep-in??????? Anna - read the story but like Jood didn't see a piccle so tell Chris it's okay - don't know why there is no piccle if you've got one - I got an ad for austar in the middle of the page. Can't say it's a privacy thing cos the front page shows a young sportslady - rather strange. Jood - sun is shining here although still cloudy - if that makes sense. Workmate's son gets married today so they want a fine day and I've got washing to do so I do too.
