Jood Valda came up in my hot matches as a possible connection as we both have Cullens in our tree.Sorry to say we cant find a match at the present.. It would be lovely if you can meet us for the Christmas lunch Valda I dont think there is anyone on this thread who hasent met some of us at one time or another. Well my new curtain is up and looks fantastic. Now when we have visitors we can screen off the study and the place will look tidy. I am afraid our study is a bit of a hotch potch with my papers everywhere. One day I will learn to file them..lol Dont tell John.. Love Mary xxxx

Mary. I dont have a lot on this side ( Irish ) and so far removed from my line.......... but to the best of what i can find out so far. Jane Cullen arrived here ( aged 13 )with her brother William and parents John Cullen and Joanna/Martha Cullen in 1858 on the Ship: 'Castilian' They settled in Rich Avon..Victoria. Ezra Hull was a selector/Horseman/Farmer/Coachman at Cope Cope ( near Donald ) The two married 19th Oct 1872 St.Arnaud........Ezra Hull was killed in the Main Street. of Donald in 1883 when the Horses bolted. He was pulled from his seat and fell across the splashboard and died of multiple head injuries. ( poor bloke ) After Ezra died......Jane Hull ( nee Cullen dissapeared off the face of the earth? Havent researched the Cullen side to much as yet, but i have copied/pasted what you typed...and keep it in me little yellow folder....:>))) Tony Oz...:>))

Hello Wattlers, I'm back from Mums, she is doing great and will now manage on her own at home with the help of a lady to shower and dress her. Then another lady helps her into her jammas at night. She has lots of meals in the freezer and things she can heat in the oven. Was a bit difficult to think of things you can have for tea that she could do with only one arm. Had a funny time today, I went into a TAB for only the second time in my life and put bets on for the cup. Had no idea what I was doing so I hope Ive got them correct. We have all picked one horse in each race and put a min bet on. Will be a bit of fun through the day tomorrow. I am not going to attempt to read back over the past few days cause I know there will be too many pages....lol ~~~~~to all the lovely wattlers, I will catch up again tomorrow Flakey

That's it.....I'm not going on holiday any more! There is too much washing to do when I get back! Just kidding.....I think it's just that I'm so relaxed that it's hard to get back to routine. Hi Valda...nice to meet you. Don't listen to the others.....I'm the only sane one on this thread. You ask any of my 7 tall, dark, man-servents. They'll tell you I am the most benevolent Queen any one could wish for. Many years ago I used to park my royal barge in Winmalee. I love the Blue Mountains.....except when it snows.....can't handle the cold. I hope you enjoy your visits to the thread. Joodles...when ever we buy a new appliance we always keep the box....as Mark says...'To pack it in when you go to the old folks home' Little sh#t....heee heee Hi Anna.....how did Katherine's filming go? Keep at Ergon.....you need your things fixed. Jill.....how's the OH? Mary...you might need a new stove.....ooo....I feel a shopping trip coming up. Big hugz and regal waves~~~~~to everyone....gotta get the washing in, it looks like rain. Catch you all later. love Trifley X

But at least its all dry now so I will be standing in front of the tellie all day tomorrow ironing and watching the ggs. I love cupday at home, its the only day of the year I watch tellie all day. Good Evening all, We had a lovely sunny day here in downtown Yarrawonga an all is well or maybe as well as can be expected anyway . Tony are you and bar- code Barb getting excited about new bub how many grandies will that be then then mate. Keep your eye on that new bloke tomorrow and sus him ok and let's know if he is ok or not, I have two maybe connections in the last week but don't know if they are for real or not yet so will have to be patient I think, but can I ask when you get in touch with someone re hot matches or whatever do you just not put the persons name who you are asking and just say things like 'What do you know about *******' not 'Please or can you tell me'I cant believe some peeps lack of basic manners is it just me ? Flakey good to hear Mum is going along well ,what about your cousins Dad has he done anything yet re his wife ? Not fair you two judes going shopping butter I'm stuck up here I will go to Albury next week and shop till I drop so there!!!! as didn't get any thing on the Gold Coast as luggage was overweight as it was, I'm telling fibs as I bought some material cost an arm and a leg although beside the one I really wanted which was $299 a mtre but simply beautiful and all hand appliqued, the one I bought I thought I could wear for the wedding its six colours and I thought it was very pretty I would wear a cotton type long frock and have this made into a top or jacket it's sheer and very pretty but Cassie didn't like it so maybe not. I also bought some beautiful crystals as I have some beads that my darling mum left me and have now taken to doing some beading too, making jewellery and beading clothes as well too, very soothing thing to do like painting and scrapbooking hee have to move out of here soon got so much stuff. Joodles can you come and do clean out for me please ? ok got to go now love to all Lara

Hi Queenie.. Nice to see you home and in good form. Did the plastic crack with the bending or did it just get a crease in it. My cooktop is in dire need of replacement, but all the ones I have looked at are a bit to small for the cutout in the benchtop. So I have called in the electrician who looks after the village and he can tell me the model to buy and then he can come and install it. He didnt turn up today but the saleslady for the village was going to ring him for me so dont know what the outcome is. Perhaps he will come tomorrow. No drastic hurry.. Tony DNA matches would be interesting.. might find a lot of things the oldies wanted hidden, lol. lara have a safe trip home and drive safely..OOPS did you fly home, ,,,,cant believe you are home already.. Love Mary xxxx

Lara, my aunt is in respite for a 3 week trial with the option of it being permanent. She is very happy there and my uncle goes over every morning with the dog and they have lunch together. My aunt likes to rest for a couple of hours after lunch so uncle goes back after tea and they watch tv until 8.30 and goes home. He is looking much better as he is now sleeping properly and knows he can be sure she is well taken care of. I think at the end of the 3 weeks he will be happy to keep things as they are. The home is only 10mins from their house so its easy for him to see her whenever he wants. Flakey

Thanks for the welcome! Melbourne is almost a second home for us as we tend to spend a lot of time travelling there up and down the Hume Highway. Do you have a Patrick Cullen sitting in your tree? That's a sad tale re- ..Ezra Hull. MARY... Where are you? I wish our Cullens had matched! TRIFLEY...Thanks for the welcome (is that how I should address you, or should it be Ma'am?) It's cold here! Winmalee... I know it well.. it's all 'go' there now that the shopping centre has been extended. ME... I've spent most of the day starting a family history blog... I sure know how to fill in a day!

Lara. Up the top on the right hand side there should be: *View other trees you have access to*: GO Small square box next to it. The other way is to go to your contacts......Peeps who have contacted you and find it that way. I just click on Shared trees.....and it goes to my contacts.and scroll through the pages, where it says: (below ) Can you see their tree?..... Let them see your tree .. 'Yes View' and 'click' on there little green tree. Tony Oz...:>)))
