Nite all Have been waching the NSW School's Spectacular on the telly - there are some wonderfully talented young people about. It was absolutely .....spectacular! Singers, dancers, musicians - and the costumes had to be seen to be believed. Glad you are home safely Lara and Ducky. What a wonderful time you have all had. Lara - just hope the winds don't start again tonight and fan the fires. Those poor people. Ducky -hope your chest is OK. Where are you Trifley - conspicuous by your absence. Have you been bending the plastic?? Puss is lurking - must be a number coming up and we'll be tucked up in bed. Pips - how many lost rellies are you going to find on here!! Yep Fluffy...:>)) Q.L.D is beautiful mate. Dont think i could live there though. Had a mate,( from Childhood ) born and bred in Melbourne. He and his wife holidayed at Townsville in the 80s. They came back to Melbourne vowing to move there, and i was saying to him at the time. Dont just sell up and just move there, because Holidaying and full time living might be a different thing. Well he let his house out here ( in Melb ) for one year, and tried living in Townsville after getting work there. They were back in Melb within one year, as his wife couldnt take the humidity. Said, she missed an open fire on a cold winters night.? Rudes.

MmmmYes, Queensland humidity.Tell me about it...lol We were in Cairns 2001......99% Humidity. Barb was shopping, and i was sitting in car with air-con on full blast...lol Dont mind the heat, but you can keep the Humidity...:>))) If we ever moved, it would be to the Murray, somewhere between Albury and Mildura.....might even buy a house next door to Lara's....at Yarrawonga......sure she would be thrilled NOT...lol Rudes..:>))

Wow after I went to bed last night, everyone came out to play - even cat. .. I knew she was goading you on to use up the numbers - glad to see Anna got in first. Tony I have met more peeps than you - but Laurie has left us all for dead. Laurie & Ray Shazz & Rob Lara Vonny Gwenda & Dave Jude Jude DIY & Ken Wilson Mary Leah Lyn & oh Yvette Sandra & oh Lew & Terry Pam Ooooopsssssssssssss .. and Tassy of course (that was nice) I've already seen more of Qld than you and probably all the other Qlanders - starting with Cape York, Thursday Island, Cooktown, even Townsville, and I couldn't even begin to tell you all the other places, but I did see the Dinosaur footprints at Larks Quarry, and I did give the horsey a can of beer at some pub on one of the inner roads (could have been Blue Heeler pub, can't remember) - I do recall I was thoroughly disgusted with the horse, coz he spilt more than he drank! hahaha Very busy day today and tomorrow and tomorrow night :(( - leaving Thursday morning. btw Lara, I sent Laurie an email the other day for you all, saying I had a Rookwood CD and could look up the cemetery info before you headed out. ..
