Morning Wattlers Well it did stay warm overnight, still 18 degrees at 6 this morning. Aawwhh Im all upset now, :-((((( How could you forget me in your list of people you met Jood pppppp. Maybe I really am the quiet one as we shared a room and you didnt even remember hee hee. I know Iknow its CRAFT setting in again hee hee. Well the lovely people I've met are Laurie & Ray Shazz & Rob Vonny Gwenda & Dave Jude Jude DIY & Ken Mary Lyn Yvette Sandra Lew & Terry Anna and Chris and of course Jood Gee I hope I havent left anyone out lol Shazz yes it is interesting in our place when it comes to car racing not only does OH go for Holden but my eldest girl Tamika has a soft spot for those rotten Kelly's and goes for Holden :-(( But my youngest is Lowndes through and through, Im mainly Ford but used to follow Marcos Ambrose as he was originally a Tassie and his Dad and mine used to race road bikes together (pushbikes, not motorbikes). Then to top iut off OH doesnt even follow Hawks he is a Kangaroo boy :-( Now what do they say about opposites attract ???? Cheers Sue

Good morning Wattlers, a very still, warm morning on Botany Bay. Expect the day to turn into a scourcher. The sky has the look of a high layer of smoke about it . . . eerie! There are three giraffe heads reaching into the sky, and the tugs are standing by at the heads awaiting the arrival of a ship to guide into the Port. Marg and the boys are due to arrive at about midday, and I am guessing that there will be one other arriving as well, just not sure who to expect a nanny, or Ohmar Sonia (Margs mum). Spare room is looking like wall to wall matress . . teeheee. Hope it's Sonia . . . Last time she was here I took them all out to the farm, talk about laughter . . . They were up to trying everything, mucking about in the sheep yards and a few rounds in the tractor . . still dressed to the nines in the designer gear . . . includeing sequined Dior limo shoes !!! LOL . . . Joodles . . . you left Mel and the WA peeps off your list too . . . and Lara is the Queen of meets . . . I'm just a humble pritheth !!! Well done on the Digital Cats song Tony, very clever !!! I have had the best time this past week with Ducky & Lara as house guests . . . and catching up with all the other Wattlers, and the fab time out at Shazz & Robs place. Thank you all! Though Shazz it may have been a mistake to let TLR spend time with them other guys . . . he has been told so many stories .. . . teeheeee Something about a spare wheel . . . out the back door of the van !!! . . . . (teeheee . . . bet first thing the Shaz said was 'I'll kill the b......'s!' PMSLing . . . ) Thinking about all those effected by the fires, and the smoke . . . keep out of it Lara, and keep little Billy out of it too !! Goes for everyone else and their pets. Hey Joodles . . . wasn't that great to find Kate's grave after three attempts . . . . I was looking in a completely different spot the other two times I had been out there . . . Marie is over the moon too, she looked with me before. I best go get some jobs done . . . put a few treasured things out of the way of sticky little fingers! Awh Thanks Jood for adding me lol. We have got a real cool breeze blowing through at the moment, We actually got rain during the night surprise surprise, it is trying still to rain, but the rain we got did nothing for the about 30 odd fires burning in Tas (I think that was the number they gave on radio). It is supposed to clear up to a fine day about 20. Cheers Sue

I deliberately left the WA peeps out of the list as I don't even remember their names, haven't been in touch with them either. .. I won't be seeing any WA Wattlers on my trip to Perth this time. Yep - I did omit Mel. Sorry Mel. I think you (Laurie) and you (Lara) would have to compare notes as to who has seen who. Don't think Lara has met Lew??? Our sky in the blue mountains is cloudless and blue - its supposed to be a scorcher here today also, (I hope Mr weatherman is wrong again). Jood

Morning peeps..Beautiful and hot today in lovely downtown Canberra. Spent most of yesterday christmas shopping in Woden with dauther and have at last begun my christmas shopping, so that is a start for me, I am always the last so theres hope for me yet. Daughter is off work today so it will probably more christmas shopping.lol I quite enjoy some retail therapy when with daughter.. JA Has Mr. D returned with his tail between his legs.. I do hope so as it is a worry when he is out so long, Especially after the last snake bite. Hi to everyone , I hope you are all well and those that arnt be good and do as the doc. says. Morning Wattlers. Another stinker in Mudgee today. Already 25C and heading for 34!!! Having been cleaning the pool in readiness for a nice dip this arvo. Well it sounds like there have been lots of meets around the country. We Wattlers are certainly lucky to have met each other, that's for sure. Jood, you're right. Morning all Didn't I do a number on the cat last night!! Caught her cat napping - in the bath! He he he he!! I'm looking forward to meeting all the Wattlers I haven't met before in Mudgee - I've met Tassy Sue, Trifley, SuzyQ, Donna, Laurie and TLR, Shazz and Rob, Jill, Duckers, Rebs, Lew Lew and Tezza. Ooooooh - hope I haven't misssed anyone. Hope the fires abate today - we are having lovely warm days with a bit of a breeze at the moment.
