early night for me tonight - might be the last decent sleep for a week!! then again, I might be so exhausted from the cooking that I crash each night :) Son saw the accident site today but no memories came back. Looks like he slid into a stump so that explains the concussion. However, it could have been so much worse so we are very thankful he is still with us. I'll be away at a camp for next week so please Anna - if you could be in charge of the words??? especially after the one you used yesterday!!!!! Hugs to all ((((((((( ))))))))))) Vonny

Hi all, have been keeping up with all the doings even though I might not remember everything now I've started writing. Nice to see you home Joods Merle you crack me up with your sense of humour, take care of that leg Vonny I'm so glad your son is on the mend, btw do they do house sitting up here in Q'land? Thanks Tassie for the photos, that sand surfing looked like fun cheered me up after seeing the ones about the fire damage With this holiday coming up I'm really trying to gather as much info about my dad's family as possible so thats why I'm not posting as much plus doing my bmd transcribing. Anyone want info on any peeps born in March or June 1914 just ask. Hope all the sickies are beging to feel better. I'll leave you with this. Good evening Wattlers.. . . still half an hour to go here in Qld before it becomes the new day. We went up to Glens early today, but came home after dinner instead of staying the night - as there is nothing more they can do on the fencing till the bobcat comes in and moves some dirt. While I was up on Bribie Island today, I stopped at a newsagent and brought a Lotto ticket . . . guess what . . . one of the lines reads 7, 21, 22, 24, 25, & 28 . . thats four numbers and a sup so looks like I should get my money back. . woohoo Had a lovely visit at Bribie today (apart from the Lotto win) Duckers, Paul & I went and had lunch down by the water, then we went and sat on the sea wall and talked for a while before I had to head back to see how the workers were going. Ducky is doing well . . . even if she isn't talking on here much . . . but I told her !!! Get back on here pronto girl . . . or watch out !!!! Have fun on your camp Vonny . . . we used to love being the chief cooks and bottle washers at the cub and scout camps when the boys were little - I used to go armed with all the biscuits and slices all ready - but I think the adults ate more of them than the kids - they were too occupied with yummy things like damper on a stick cooked over the camp fire. Lew . . . I feel for your neice . . . poor love must be feeling violated just having her space invaded let alone the rotten sods stole her treasures. How sad that she has to go through this when she is all hormonal and emotional. Blimey my eyes are telling me to go to bed so best obey or I will fall face first on the keyboard.
