Afternoon all, I've been flat out since I got up this morning and just had a phone call to say the wardrobe guy is held up on a job and can he come same time tomorrow night - yaaaay - a bit more time to get this place a bit more shipshape. So now I'm taking it a bit easier this afternoon. Actually I am really pleased with how much I have done this morning - pity I couldn't always be like that - oh well Daughter rang from Sydney while waiting for Murray's to bring her home. She had a good time in Kuala Lumpur and can recommend Malaysian Airlines, totally different from United. Laurie - Shaz was sucking up calling you cuz cos of your BIG win on Lotto - although at that stage I don't think you knew how much you might have won. Jood - how's the choccie eating going? Rather warm day here but inside is still nice - although we are in for warmer days until weekend so guess it won't take long for the house to heat up too. Yvette - sorry I can't help with your housecleaning - I have enough mess of my own to do things with - BUT we are starting to see a breakthrough. Even son chucked lots out the other day - pity it was after the recycling bin was emptied tho as he almost filled it again. SuzyQ - loved the joke. Good arvo wrote this morning but got distrscted and forgot to put it on here with Fh I might tell you hehe Tiger was very morphed at 10am when I called him said he is alot of pain and didn't sleep real well of course no maskand he is getting used to havingb it for him so he would be waking himself up everytime he stops breathing he was heavily morphed out so just said ok thinking of you and will let you go back to sleep Lol Cassie and Jason took Jason's parents to the Belvedere for new years eve and we have been there with her and Jason for dinner too its nice place isn't it. I am not going to Wangaratta until Friday now am going to clean this pla e up as Mikes mates will all be around qhen he gets home I guess . I am going to wangaratta on Friday also to meet up with the lady who's greatuncle married my Nans sister Elsie Walsh Hamilton Stringer she was the lady who was captured when travelling to Ocean Island where her then Husbansd Harry stringer was the harbour master and they were attacked by the German raiders and taken prisoner , and only by asking for anyone who could find the children of her and William Hamilton on the AUS-NSW Rootsweb list , as I believed it was one of their children who wrote the Family History of my Patrick Walsh and Margaret Mary Lowney , it was written by Miss J Hamilton who I would now think is a child of Elsie's son to William Hamilton, Charles Hamilton but of course I can not find her any where yet as she would be the same generation as me sorry got an email re this very story and went searching as someone gave me a clue so have to go and do the H/ work Hehe really this time bye for now PS just got a sms from lunching wattlers having fun , jill trifley graeme duckers loz good to hear trifley and duckers there toolove Lara

Hi all.. I have just sent the Wattlers whoes email addy I have a website for passenger lists..It is being done by the old 1837 site but now is called Findingmypast. It is being done is batches and will cost a bit but sounds good. Hi all you Honeys I'm home, fab lunch,though can't remember exactly what I ate as I was yaking and listening to the most wonderful table companions you could wish for, as usual there wasn't a pregnant pause to be had. Sorry Lew if I didn't make sense when we spoke on the phone, there was a lady taking our photo so we were all shuffling up together and the background noise was, well, noisy, all those darling children who are holidaying on the GC, all part of the fun. On the way home listening to the radio there was this woman talking about how the UK Archives have released the info about peeps who emigrated from the UK via boat since 1890 till 1996, not all this info is oneline yet but they expect it to be by years end. Now all I have to remember is the name of the web site, AH! can't believe I've fogotten it. It's Ancestors something(.)com, B-gger. I'll try and find out and get back, I know it wasn't what you said Mary, that didn't ring any bells. luv for now Jillx

Jude DIY & Gwenda – I did finish the long skinny box of liqueur chocs, but the ones I am forcing myself to eat now are not so nice. .. One per day is enough (yuk) .. Then I have a Cadbury’s Almond bar to get through, that will be more pleasurable. 2nd thoughts, those other chocs would be much nicer if I put them back in the fridge - nothing worse than a warm piece of chokky. Fanny – given up on fireman new and old – oh you meant young and old, sorry. .. Don’t think I’d like the smell of smoke (tee hee) ….. Hey Gwenda, you bin eyeing them Canadians off have you? Me again. Trifley - got your lotto numbers, made them a little bit bigger, and have sent them out to all the lotto-ers. Anyone who didnt get their numbers, let me know. This is slightly weird I know, but I got a spam email before Trifleys email, and one after. They were titled 'Slots Secrets' - it says 'This book is about pocketing loads of cash from the one armed bandits and Bill has countless testimonials on file to prove it.' and the second one 'Win at Lotto' and says in part 'how to win the lotto without spending a fortune each week'. Ominous???? These emails never see the light of day, I delete them without opening, but I got a shock this time! Must have been meant to be ! Jood

Evening Wattlers Well I have caught up on the goss on here, but my head is still going around in circles. I had to do the financial statement for my group Im in, for the last 6 months and have it so the income and expenditure adds up for the trustees to check. Well now with me not being an accountant, my sister and brother got those brains lol, I ended up being $13.50 out then I while I was trying to find where I had gone wrong I found another $4.00 error that made $17.50 difference, then I went back over it again and realised I had omitted to put in a $17.50 cheque in the expenditure section, all this taking the best part of the day, so then we all went for a walk around Heritage Forest to clear my head, it did work a bit. Tony enjoy your work trip, just think of the money you will get$$$$ :-) Jude DIY can I have pics of the reno update please. Hope those who met in GC had a great time, Im sure you did, love to see pics also, if you havent sent them already, havent been to my mail yet, thats next on the list. I informed others in the house that I have booked one of the putas after tea, as they have had it all day while I was busy doing my books. Lew have a great trip away if I dont get to say before you go. Yes we also want plenty of pics too. Just before I go I did see on Gen Board that there has been trouble again and PIP (cant think of her full name, but something to do with stockings) that has come on here occassionally has left cause, from what I can make out it was to do with her posting in capitals :-( Ok going to read mail and have a play on puta. Hi again I've emailed the radio station, took ages to write out the 'form' been told they will get back, but might take four weeks, pppppppppppppppppppppppp's and lot's of them. You never know I might awake 3am and it'll come back. lol Jillx

Ooohhh....I think I've eaten too much!!! The meal at the casino was fantabulous! It was only bettered by the company. Everyone talked, laughed and generaly had a good time. I recomend a Wattlers meet for anyone needing to be cheered up. As soon as I work out the camera I'll send pickles to everyone. I'm not hungary (surprisingly!) but might just have a drinkies to help wash everything down....hee hee. big hugz Trifley X
