Evening all Thanks Jood for sending on the Lotto Thanks Trifley for the lotto ticket and the GC pickles. Glad everyone had a great time. Concert today went well - very proud parents. Congrats JA for getting the number. The cat has been pipped at the post again. Lew - in case I don't catch you tomorrow - have a wonderful trip and I look forward to pickles of lots of ice and snow. Make sure that Wattie doesn't get frostbite - he needs to keep all his extremities covered well. Car went in for its pre-Mudgee service today - my gosh! I'm going to have to win lotto to pay for it - they found a leaking water pipe and then a stuffed water pump and it needs new tyres etc etc. Poor little lthing - it was purring along happily until they started poking about at it! Hi all Tiger is alot better tonight he has been up and walked around the bed and he said he can put a little weight on his leg already , he sounded thrilled except he said thats the good news now for the bad 'my other knee collapsed today 'and I said 'it probably thought well left knee I have been holding you up for about the last 10 yrs so now it's my turn' We knew his other needed doing too but thought it could wait a while longer but sound as though it will be sooner than we expected thanks for tatts -lotto Trifley , also Jood for sending them out and lets go girls and boys we are going to WIN we have to be confident ok will be going ny nys now night all I won't let the bed bugs Duckkyy love Lara

We are suppose to have had an early start to get on the road back to Sydney tomorrow . . . but that will be delayed as I have made an appointment for TLR to see the Dr, poor blighter is in agony with his foot - got a spur on the back of his heel and it seems to have gone all haywire. Okay own up who's house cleaning on the Wattle thread cos we've been at 406 for a bit now - funny cos when I last read before going to bed JA's last post was 403 and there have defo been more than 3 posts since - pppppppppppppppp Hot one here too and tomorrow as well then cooler over weekend. Should be doing more tidying up so better get a move on. Lara- sorry to hear about Mike's other knee wanting some attention of it's own - bit like twins feeling the other's pain. very hot and airless here today. We have hired a big yacht and are going to go out onto the reef for 2 nights, with friends from up here who know what they are doing ,so should be an experience. Roy can do a night dive and we can fish and snorkle til the cows come home...lol

I had a very funny time on Sunday, I think it was. I was talking to a 'scottieland shiela' on the phone when Kate came charging into the house 'mum come quick'. We jump on the buggy and go flying out to one of the back roads behind the airport to find Mathew Mc Conaghy doing his exercises. Nothing on but a tiny pair of shorts...wow what a bod!!!! Another couple spotted him and asked for a pic but he asked to be left alone so we did the right thingand thought we'd catch him later in the day. All the time I've got Mc Mad in my ear telling me to chase him into the mens so she can talk to him...lol I spotted him later, staying in the unit directly opposite us, could see him clearly.........with the binoculars...lol Couldnt get a pic as I didnt have my big zoom lens. Jess arrived yesterday with the lens but too late I think he has now gone.

hi all, i tried to wake you all up at 4.45 but lost the lot - too enthusiastic. I'm loving work, I try and do a bit of training myself during the time I'm there, hopefully the pud will start to shift soon. They have been finishing the filming of Fools Gold on the nearby Islands. Rumor was the Donald Sutherland and Kate Hudson were here too but we didnt see them. Nicole Kidmans new movie starts filming up here next week or two so she will be here on and off for the next few months........very exciting, I like celeb spotting. Im getting off now, not pushing my luck anymore. Will be home tuesdayevening so will be back then Take care everyone.....hope to see that Ducky has popped in by then Flakey

Hi All, Really hot here too Sandra, I came home early and swept the patio and then gave up on outside chores, didn’t realize coming from air-conditioning inside just what a stinker it is. And wind is rising too - nasty. LewLew, have a fantastic time in Antarctica, and remember we’re keeping things warm back here for your return ! Very excited for you, looking forward very much to your pictures and comments. DIYJude, what a lot of work you have done on the cottage! And a bloomin’ garden too – so nice- thanks for the photos. Lara , hugs to Tiger, remind him to be a good boy and do his physiotherapy! Knee #2 will be a breeze – can he get in quickly though?? It’s worth it to be mobile though, for quality of life and excercising etc etc. Hope you are hanging in there being nursemaid! Ok, going to make some chicken and bacon shashliks and a salad for tea, have to eat tomatoes like crazy at the moment and have frozen lots for winter already. DD15 has worked every day this week at Maccas, she hates going there but is always bubbly leaving, telling about the customers or the other staff, even yesterday when she drew the short straw and had to clean out the bottom of the big dump bins out the back, and all the trash bins inside!! Did anyone else see the made for TV Macbeth on the ABC last Sunday night. I thought it was fantastic (but won’t see Jamie Oliver in the same light ever again lol). Anyway, if anyone’s keen, there are three more Shakespeare plays to come on Sunday nights, two are Much Ado and Midsomer Nights Dream (forgotton the fourth) and they should be very good going by Macbeth. Help please I have some sort of Bloody thing on my putor when I google anything I get really really revolting porn pictures on the screen I have run the virus control and it said I have download trojan and it healed it but then again when i go to google no matter what I click to see like newspaper achives up comes this dreadfcful teen sex thing Thank the Lord the vicar hasnt been here when it comes up ,so any clues would be very welcome on how to get rid of it please Lara
